1996

Founding a Vision

 

Ben Weiser launches Fidelity Payment Services, beginning our journey as a retail ISO agent for Heartland Payments. We set out to offer merchants seamless, cost-effective payment processing solutions.

2008

ISO Partnership with First Data

 

We establish a pivotal partnership as a registered ISO with First Data, enhancing our capabilities to offer lower interchange rates and superior service directly to merchants.

2010

Expansion into Canada

 

Our horizons broaden as we launch operations in Canada, extending our commitment to bringing efficient and reliable payment solutions to new markets.

2013

Innovating Payment Solutions The launch of the Cardknox gateway and the introduction of ACH products mark a new era of innovation. We continue to push boundaries, offering advanced solutions to meet our clients’ evolving needs.

2015

Leading the Market

 

We break new ground by launching the ISV channel and being the first to market with EMV-integrated devices. Our commitment to leading the industry and providing cutting-edge solutions is unwavering.

2016

Nationwide Presence

2017

A New Era of Leadership

 

HIG acquires the company, and David Ilowitz steps in as CEO. Under new leadership, we are poised for further growth and innovation.

2018

Growing Stronger

 

We move to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, expanding our team to 100 employees and 50 sales agents. This move strengthens our foundation and prepares us for the next phase of growth.

2019

Technological Advancements

 

The opening of a development center in Howell, NJ, and the launch of Cardknox Go PayFac demonstrate our commitment to technological advancement and superior service.

2022

Strategic Acquisition

 

PSG acquires the company, marking another milestone in our journey. This acquisition brings new opportunities for growth and expansion.

A Unified Brand

 

Fidelity and Cardknox unite and rebrand under the Sola name. This rebranding reflects our integrated approach and our dedication to providing comprehensive payment solutions under a unified banner.
