Verifone PIN Pad: Connect to Wifi

Turn On & Connect

  1. To turn on your Sola device, press and hold the green button until the Verifone logo appears. (Note: If you release the button before the logo appears, the device will not finish powering on.)
  2. From the Sola home screen, press 1, 5, and 9 simultaneously to access the terminal’s main menu.
  3. From the main menu:
  4. When prompted, enter the device password: 1668321.
    Press the green button to confirm.
  5. From the Main (Prod) drop-down menu:
  6. A pop-up box will appear: “WiFi is off. Do you want to power it on?” Press OK.
  7. Select one of the listed networks.
  8. A pop-up box will appear: “Network Saved.” Press OK.
  9. Press the red button one time to return to the WiFi screen.
  10. From the WiFi screen:

  13. Once connected, press the red button four times to get back to the Main (Prod) drop-down menu.
  14. From the Main (Prod) drop-down menu:
    Select Run Applications.
  15. Wait for the Sola home screen to reappear. The device is now ready for use.
